Will you provide me a quote first?
At Drivestyle Auto Service Centre the emphasis has always been on essential maintenance work and customer service, no work however vital will be carried out before providing a quotation and without your approval
Are parts and labour guaranteed?
A 12 months parts and labour guarantee comes with every Drivestyle Auto Service Centre car service. If at any time you require further assistance or info on this, please contact us on 01423 879546 and we will deal with your enquiry.
Is warranty protected?
We only use genuine or OE (Original Equipment) quality parts and always follow the manufacture's service schedules so any outstanding warranty is not affected. In fact, the maintenance checks we carry out are far more comprehensive than many of the manufacturers guidelines. Our experience has proved that a simple check today can save a big cheque tomorrow
How can you afford to offer very competitive prices?
As we are not hindered by the the high overheads of a new car franchise or dealership, we can pass those savings directly onto you without compromising the level of service you would expect from a main dealer
How quickly can you do the job?
Having recently joined the Xpart Auto Service Centre group we now offer the same level of expertise and service to owners of any make or model at very affordable prices. This means we have the experienced technicians, the latest diagnostics, and can get all the parts required within 48 hours if not in stock.
How do I get an MOT for Half Price?
We will check whether your MOT is due and if it is needed you can add it to your chosen service for half price. A standard MOT costs £54.85 so we are able to offer it at half price for £27.43 with another service.
What if any additional work is required?
We will not carry out any other additional work without your consent, and one of our technicians advise you beforehand on any additional work that may be required and the costs involved. Only once the costs and work has been agreed with yourselves will the extra work commence. Therefore, you will be kept up-to-date of what your service will cost.
Do you have courtesy cars available?
Yes, providing you request one as you book in we will most likely have one in available for you to use. If they are all out we will do what we can to help you with other arrangements.
Can you service our company cars?
We are able to service your company or fleet cars. At our partner site we have a Local Service For Local Businesses Package named Drivestyle Partners.
